The largely overlooked issue is in the software, and I do not think Slic3r can cut it (pun intended). This software has made old buggy machines perform like masters. Have a look at other videos to see how easy it is to break them off. Just look at the detailed customisation for the support structures. If you watch a video like this one: it becomes apparent that these guys have dedicated an enormous effort to designing a software that just bloody ENABLES 3d printing machines. I hate to say this, but I might have to invest in an Ultimaker as my next machine. IMO, the hardware of the robox is held back by the software, and without the advanced functions, it is slowly becoming obsolete on my workplace.
